1. Chef: Xin Maobin

He had obtained the certification of medium skill level and is good at Shandong cuisine such as braised shark's fin, crab roe with fish finger, Crucian carp in milk , etc. Cantonese cuisine, such as Gulaorou,  oyster juice with mignon, Sizzling Beef Steak, etc. Sichuan cuisine, such as shredded pork with garlic sauce, Boiled Pig Meat Slice, Beef with orange peel, etc .
