Singapore employer interviewed dishwashers on Dec 6th, 2008.
On December 26th,we received the order from singapore, a five-star hotel wanted to recruit three young Dishwashers from china and requires 1-2 years work experience.And the job order needed at least seven workers for interview. Our company successfully found eight candidates for the interview before the set time.
After talking with foreign partners, the timing of the interview was set on January 6th, and the singapore agenct will call them for the first interview, then the employer will interview the candidates by skype. From recruit the candidates to interview, we were following up to singapore to ensure that the entire interview process will not be any mistakes.
On January 6th, the agents from singapore called all the eight candidates one by one, since we chose the eight better candidates from other candidate first, the eight candidates have entered the re-interview, re-interview is arranged at 3pm in the afternoon of January6th by skype video interview. All the interview is wonderful, the employers chose three experienced strong candidates to work in Singapore.
