Singapore employer interviewed electric bicycle salesman.
Mr. Lee, the boss who owns a electric bicycle retail shop came to our company from Singapore for the interview on 17th September 2008. From these years, the Singapore government has been developing the application of electric bicycle for the reason of environment protection and saving the sources of energy. This shop has hold very big proportion of market in Singapore electric bicycle industry, so there is much requirement in the position of electric bicycle salesman and repairman, consequently 10 positions had been offered for this interview.
In the process of interview, which we had provided 15 candidates for, the Singaporean boss Mr. Lee asked lots of professional questions about electric bicycle, most of the candidates answer these questions very well. It's very soon for the boss to fill full in the lack of 10 positions, additionally he offered 2 positions more for the rest of candidates. After the interview, Mr. Lee told me that, the most professional way is, importing the Chinese electric bicycle, with importing the Chinese technologic workers.
