1.Age 20-28 Female 
2.Female with pleasant preposition & presentable 
3.Minimum height 160cm 
4.Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred 
5.Other discipline qualifications will be considered 
6.At least 3 years of technical / industrial sales experience 
7.Possess good knowledge of business and marketing 
8.Possess good marketing and presentation skills; report writing, communication and analytical skills 
9.Equipped with knowledge of centralized air-con, water chiller systems, heat-exchanger will be added advantage 
10.Update customers¡¯ status and sales progress report to the respective superiors 
11.Maintain and develop existing and new clients relationship 
12.Prospect for new vendors and customers 
13.Monitor competitor activity 
14.Analyze pricing and long-term profit positions 
15.Meet / exceed sales revenue targets 
16.Ensure deadlines are met and budgets effectively managed 
17.Plan resources to meet objectives 
18.Organize and attend networking sessions, events, tradeshow and exhibitions for both local and international markets 
19.To attend corporate dinners & functions to network and prospect for new business 
20.Support & liaise with Internal Departments 
21.Possess a Class 3 Driving License preferred 
22.Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese 
23.Possess IT knowledge (Able to handle formatting of PC, use office equipment like wireless photocopy machine, email, Microsoft Office, pdf file etc) 
24.General clerical duties like keeping records, filing, faxing etc
