5.At least 3 years of project co-ordination & administrative experience 
6.Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese 
7.Possess IT knowledge (Able to handle formatting of PC, use office equipment like wireless photocopy machine, email, Microsoft Office, pdf file etc) 
8.Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop and other relevant mechanical designing software 
9.Liaise with clients, sub-contractors & vendors 
10.Possess report writing, communication and analytical skill 
11.Strong planning and organizational skill 
12.General clerical duties like filing, faxing etc
